A booking with Actionworld AG is made on the basis of the following terms and conditions.

Die Besucher nutzen die Lasertag Arena auf eigene Gefahr. Das Besteigen oder Verschieben von Hindernissen ist untersagt. Rennen, Hinlegen oder Knien ist in unserer Anlage verboten. Um grösstmöglichste Vorsicht wird geboten, bis sich die Augen an die Dunkelheit gewöhnt haben. Den Anweisungen des Personals ist Folge zu leisten. Unter Vorbehalt kann der Betrieb der kompletten Anlage aus sicherheitstechnischen Gründen jederzeit unterbrochen werden oder auch wenn sich die Teilnehmer nicht an die aufgeführten Verbote halten. Gespielt wird in Freizeitkleidung und sportlichen, flachen Schuhen. Das Tragen jeder Art militärischer Kleidungsstücke während des Spielens ist untersagt. Wir bitten Sie, sich für die Einweisungen 20 Minuten vor Spielbeginn einzufinden. Eine verspätete Ankunft berechtigt nicht zu Wertausgleich oder Verlängerung der Spielzeit. Die in der Actionworld bereitgestellten Spielgeräte und Einrichtungsgegenstände werden von den Spielern auf eigene Gefahr benutzt. Sorgsamer Umgang mit den Spielgeräten wird zwingend vorausgesetzt. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass bei Beschädigung oder übergebührlicher Abnutzung der Geräte Schadenersatzansprüche und Nutzungsersatz geltend gemacht werden. Das Mindestalter zur Teilnahme an Lasertag beträgt 8 Jahre. Wir sind berechtigt, aber nicht verpflichtet, Minderjährigen ohne Begleitung eines gesetzlichen Vertreters bzw. einer Aufsichtsperson den Einlass bzw. den Zugang zur Arena zu verweigern. Im Falle einer Zugangsgewährung wird kein vertragliches oder gesetzliches Beaufsichtigungsverhältnis begründet, insbesondere nicht gemäß § 832 BGB. Entsprechendes gilt auch für Minderjährige in Begleitung gesetzlicher Vertreter oder Aufsichtspersonen. Auf die gesetzliche Haftung gesetzlicher Vertreter oder Aufsichtspersonen gemäss den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und die sich hieraus ergebenden Pflichten wird ausdrücklich hingewiesen. Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Problemen wie z.B. der Tendenz zu Panikattacken, mit Asthma oder Herzerkrankungen raten wir von der Teilnahme ab. (siehe Haftungsauschluss) Es stehen kostenlose, verschliessbare, codierte Fächer zum Einschluss persönlicher Gegenstände zur Verfügung. Für die Nutzung der Fächer und der Garderobe wird unsererseits keine Haftung übernommen. Nutzung der Escape Rooms Das Mindestalter zur Teilnahme in Escape Rooms beträgt 12 Jahre. Jugendliche unter 16 Jahren dürfen nur in Begleitung von erwachsenen Aufsichtspersonen oder gesetzlichen Vertretern teilnehmen. Wir sind berechtigt, aber nicht verpflichtet, Minderjährigen ohne Begleitung eines gesetzlichen Vertreters bzw. einer Aufsichtsperson den Einlass bzw. den Zugang zum Spielgelände zu verweigern. Im Falle einer Zugangsgewährung wird kein vertragliches oder gesetzliches Beaufsichtigungsverhältnis begründet, insbesondere nicht gemäß § 832 BGB. Entsprechendes gilt auch für Minderjährige in Begleitung gesetzlicher Vertreter oder Aufsichtspersonen. Auf die gesetzliche Haftung gesetzlicher Vertreter oder Aufsichtspersonen gemäss den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und die sich hieraus ergebenden Pflichten wird ausdrücklich hingewiesen. Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Problemen wie z.B. der Tendenz zu Panikattacken, mit Asthma oder Herzerkrankungen raten wir von der Teilnahme ab. (siehe Haftungsauschluss) Alle Rätsel so wie deren Lösung in unseren Escape Rooms betrachten wir als Geschäftsgeheimnis. Veröffentlichungen der Rätsel oder Lösungen, auch auszugsweise, sind nicht gestattet. Nach und während der Teilnahme am Spiel „Escape Rooms“ werden Bild- und Videoaufnahmen von Ihnen gefertigt. Durch die Teilnahme an Escape Rooms willigen Sie in die Verwendung von Bild- und Videoaufnahmen ein. Es wird vereinbart, dass widerruflich inhaltlich, zeitlich und räumlich unbeschränkt sämtliche Nutzungsrechte an den Bildaufnahmen von Ihnen an die Actionworld AG übertragen werden. Die Übertragung erstreckt sich insbesondere, aber nicht abschliessend auf: – die Rechte zur Vervielfältigung, Verbreitung, Veröffentlichung und der öffentlichen Zugänglichmachung für Werbezwecke (unter anderem aber nicht abschliessend im Internet, z.B. auf der Homepage, in Sozialen Netzwerken wie z.B. Facebook/Instagram; etc.) – die elektronische Bilderbearbeitung und Veränderung der Bildaufnahmen unter Wahrung des Persönlichkeitsrechts durch die Actionworld AG oder durch beauftragte Werbeagenturen bzw. den Fotografen Auf Wunsch erhalten Sie von den Bildaufnahmen, die verwendet werden, eine digitale Datei zu Ihrer privaten Verwendung. Hierfür senden Sie uns eine E-Mail an info@actionworld.ch. Sie können diese Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen. Sie bestätigen ferner, alle Mitspieler, die mit Ihnen am Spiel teilnehmen, über diese Einwilligung zu informieren. Die in der Actionworld bereitgestellten Spielgeräte und Einrichtungsgegenstände werden von den Spielern auf eigene Gefahr benutzt. Sorgsamer Umgang mit den Spielgeräten wird zwingend vorausgesetzt. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass bei Beschädigung oder übergebührlicher Abnutzung der Geräte Schadenersatzansprüche und Nutzungsersatz geltend gemacht werden. Sollten Spielgeräte oder Einrichtungsgegenstände aufgrund vorsätzlicher oder grob fahrlässiger Bedienung durch den Spieler beschädigt werden, wird eine Vertragsstrafe in Höhe von CHF 2.000,00 fällig, unabhängig davon, ob zusätzliche Schadenersatzansprüche bestehen. Es stehen kostenlose, verschliessbare, codierte Fächer zum Einschluss persönlicher Gegenstände zur Verfügung. Für die Nutzung der Fächer und der Garderobe wird unsererseits keine Haftung übernommen.

Unser Lasertag-Spielfeld bietet Platz für 40 Personen gleichzeitig. Falls diese Plätze von einer Gruppe alleine nicht komplett besetzt werden, spielen auch andere Personen oder Gruppen mit. The instructions of the staff must be followed. Persons who violate our house rules and staff instructions will be expelled from the premises immediately. This also entails the termination of the contract of use, which does not require a verbal warning if the violation is so serious that an immediate expulsion can be objectively justified.

The admission price is due immediately and must be paid at our box office before the start of the performance. If registered groups do not show up despite having made a booking, the admission price will be charged to the person who made the booking.

A rebooking must be made in writing and at least 72 hours before the booked date. Cancellation of the event must be made at least 1 week in advance. Cancellations outside this period or no-shows will be charged the full amount booked.

Good mood and possibly darker, sporty clothing (black light). It is advisable to bring an extra T-shirt in case you work up a sweat while playing. Changing rooms are available. Flat, closed shoes are mandatory!

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.

If a user is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, this will result in termination of the user contract and expulsion from the facility without a verbal warning.

If use is terminated by the participant before the end of the playing time granted for this purpose, there is no entitlement to a pro rata or full refund of the admission price.

The production of photos or other image material for commercial purposes within the facility is prohibited.

• The operators of Actionworld AG and their authorized representatives exercise domiciliary rights. Liability on the part of Actionworld AG and its employees and temporary staff, external organizers, the owner of the site and the company, visitors, fellow players and helpers, authorities, legal or natural persons connected with the organization on the site towards tenants, fellow players and visitors to one of the three attractions in the event of accidents, loss, theft, personal injury, damage to property and financial loss inside and outside the facility, including on the access roads and parking areas, for whatever reason, is excluded in all cases. In particular, there is no liability for injuries, theft, loss of clothing, valuables and equipment of any kind, or for damage to or theft of vehicles.
• We accept no liability for negligent behavior in the event of accidents or injuries and resulting damage to visitors and users caused by the use of the equipment or our games. Participation in the games is exclusively at your own risk. Our own liability for damages that are not bodily injury or personal injury, as well as our liability for damages caused by us or our staff, is limited to intent or gross negligence.
• All claims for damages expire one year after they arise. This does not apply to claims in tort.

• A registration with Actionworld AG, which can be made in writing, verbally, by telephone or via the Internet, corresponds to the conclusion of a contract on the basis of the respective description. The terms and conditions and all supplementary information communicated during the purchase or booking process are binding.
• The participant is obliged to check the booking confirmation sent to him/her immediately for conformity with the information provided by him/her during the ordering process. The participant must notify Actionworld AG immediately and in writing of any discrepancies. If the participant has not received a confirmation 3 days after the reservation, he/she is obliged to contact Actionworld AG immediately.
  Registrations and reservations can only be made in writing via the online reservation tool. These will be confirmed by email.

• Actionworld AG's obligation to perform consists solely of the content of the confirmation.
• Additional services that extend the service content are only binding with written confirmation from the organizer.
• All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF).

Actionworld AG has the right to terminate the contract after its commencement if the participant disrupts the execution of the contract despite a warning or if he/she behaves in breach of contract, so that the immediate termination of the contract is also justified for the protection of others, or if the participant does not fulfill a participation requirement. If Actionworld AG terminates the user contract, the participant / customer shall not be entitled to a refund of the admission price.

The contractual relationship between the participant and Actionworld AG shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. This also applies to the entire legal relationship.

• Actionworld AG does not conclude contracts with minors. If the participant is under 18 years of age, he/she may only make bookings with the assistance of a parent, legal guardian or legal representative.
• Should provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead, each invalid provision shall be replaced by a substitute provision that corresponds or at least comes close to the purpose of the agreement, as the parties would have agreed to achieve the same economic result if they had been aware of the invalidity of the provision. The same applies to loopholes.
• The data provided to us will be processed, stored and forwarded within the scope of the purpose of the contract. Personal data is protected in accordance with the BDSG.
